I got promoted as a Senior Representative for the sheer dedication towards work and good performance. Worked as Trade Finance Analyst / Senior Representative for Avendus capital. This was a client support role which facilitated Vendor & Dealer Financing.

Worked as Debit card disputes representative for Lloyd's Bank. The role required me to research and investigate on customer behavior categorizing on Goods & Services not received and taking neccessary actions such as filing prearbitration / Dispute and / or arbitration with merchants / Visa to solve customer issues.- I was also a part of customer verification project Accorn for Lloyd's Bank from October 2017 to January 2018.- Cancellation & Addition of subscriptions of services such as Prime Video, Netflix, Apple etc.,

The role required me to solve Amazon seller queries,  generate leads via onboarding new sellers and was also a part of Amazon B2B sales wherein I have to generate leads via onboarding existing sellers to sell products on bulk / wholesale  basis.
