Getting a degree on AGRIBUSINESS MANAGEMENT mind always trained on innovation in agricultural activities leading to cost cutting and maximising profits. While exploring rural India, started as a trainer at grassroots. Explored that people are listening to my words, initiated a part time trainer to BOD/CEOs. After one year of part time training , I calculated earning from such freelancing which was well enough to survive. It changed to leave from all boundaries of 15*7 day jobs. Started as full time trainer of FPOs and Entrepreneurs, working as freelance trainer since 2017-18. Involved in documenting, Report preparation, Project Management, Talent hiring, Daily project monitoring, Training, liasoning,networking, marketing linkage, Value addition activities, Fund raising, Startup mentoring.
