• Responsible for building insights for the Schneider Electric Customer support group that help them to track the performance of the support agents. • Responsible for developing KPIs such as – Net Survey Score, Lost Chat Rate, End to End Resolution Time, Digital Channel Adoption, Article Quality and Case Log Rate.• Responsible for extracting data from native salesforce as well as external data sources such as AWS S3 bucket through Einstein S3 bucket connector.• Responsible for creation of Dataflows to generate datasets specific to business use cases.• Convert the complex business requirements into analytics lenses and dashboards.• Responsible for migrating the codes from lower environments to higher environments.• Doing XMD changes to accommodate the business required formatting.• Responsible for doing Salesforce Administration activities such as user creation, permission set assignments, creation of Public groups, and assignments of those public groups to legitimate users.• Have worked extensively in recipes 2.0 and 3.0.• Have also done a bit of programming in Python as part of the development activity.

• Have completed two full implementation projects in Einstein Analytics.• Responsible for analyzing the business requirements, having recursive discussions with the business to understand and simplify the requirements.• Responsible for the creation of dataflows and datasets as per the business use cases.• Responsible for creation of visualizations, Optimization, and migration.• Have also worked in tools such as - OBIEE and Informatica as part of a couple of implementation projects.• Responsible for creating Data models.

• Create OBIEE reports in OBIEE 12c and 11g.• Requirement gathering /Analysis/Design of LLD from client supplied HLD/Storm story with the onshore.• Data analysis/Quality validation/Flow validation to support the ETL design.• Code validation /Review /Load distribution among colleagues.• Understanding Client requirements/Client interactions.
