CurrentPart of the Team that manages โน ๐ฑ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ (5 billion INR) worth of civil projects which includes Development of Smart Roads and Underground Ducting Including Utility Shifting of Water Supply and Power lines, Cultural Streets etc. & the responsibilities entrusted are :*Apply technical knowledge in the development of feasibility analyses for project specificationsโensuring all stakeholder expectations are met*Take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and, construction estimates*Design and manage both small-scale and large-scale projects with an eye on safety, scheduling, and budget*Track project progressโcompiling technical reporting, specifications, and calculations for internal parties*Develop and maintain current project databases, creating secondary systems when necessary*Prepare plans, profiles, details, and specifications for all aspects of roadways, storm drainage, erosion and sediment control, sanitary sewers, water, and utilities*Manage project documentationโincluding, but not limited to, contracts, development plans, construction specifications, design calculations, and project schedules*Oversee project operations to ensure organizational standards and safety guidelines are being upheld, and provide necessary research and technical information to the appropriate management teams and project representatives*Train and guide operators/contractor side representatives to ensure project requirements are fulfilled to specifications, keeping in direct communication with other project stakeholders*Track project budgets by analyzing all related costsโincluding labor and materialsCSML is an SPV formed by GoI & GoK for the sole purpose of implementation of the smart city mission at the city level in Kochi ie. is โto promote cities that provide core infrastructure and give a decent quality of life to its citizens, a clean and sustainable environment and application of โSmartโ Solutionsโ.
