About Abin Miranda

Took off my career in Telecom B2B sales with Airtel. Was handling W/Island & Fort Kochi, the most aggressive B2B area of the Kochi. Serving the existing client accounts, adding more accounts and extracting business was a huge challenge. During my tenure, I ensured maximum inflow of Key accounts including central govt entities. Post the Telecom stint, I switched to e-com and joined Askme.com to launch ‘Askme Deals’ Kochi chapter. I was in-charge of identifying potential clients, negotiating, tailor making competitive Deals and handling the recon of each account. I built a strong and solid client base for Askme and launched Askme Deals and Askme Pay in Kochi.After Askme, I joined forces with OYO as Demand Manager(DM). As a DM, the major challenge was to identify the right Key Accounts, extracting business from those accounts to its maximum potential and to handle the account efficiently & productively. I successfully on-boarded some pillar accounts for Kerala hub, which contributes a solid share of the total business done by Kerala Hub. I was one of the top performers -national level as a DM and well recognized at the national level. I then got promoted as Deputy MMCEO(deputy city head) Kochi, to a people management role. I ensured that my team contributed a major share of the revenue to the Kochi hub by achieving our collective deliverables month on month. I was further promoted to the role of KAM MMCEO (Head - Key Account Management team) for Kerala, wherein I'm now handling the revenue, operations & credit management of the entire Key Accounts which deliver revenue to OYO Kerala Hub, where i handled a statewide team and its P&L with definite targets and objectives.After 4 years of OYOpreneurship, I joined Cars24 as Territory Manager - Retail for Kerala, where I had built a comparatively new team to a strong functioning team which will deliver the targets & metrics for the State and delivered 3X growth and expansion in Kerala.I explored my auto-tech experience ahead by joining Olx Autos to Lead Kerala Biz Ops, now managing a multi layered cross functional team & overseeing end-to-end operations in purchasing and selling used cars, resulting in significant market expansion and increased profitability.Successfully scaled up business operations, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, while implementing streamlined processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
