- Being responsible for providing Customer Services to Account holders and Customers (both existing and prospective) of the bank, while ensuring quality and exceptional customer service and customer care.
- Making sure all transactions that do not involve the exchange (physical & electronic) of funds as initiated by a customer’s request.
