During my internship at Emzor Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited Cephalosporins plant at Sagamu, Ogun state, I gained practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry which had been a transformative experience. I had the opportunity to learn about and actively engaged in various aspects of pharmaceutical industry. I acquired in-depth knowledge and expertise in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices(cGMP), ensuring high-quality drug production. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience in the entire manufacturing process, solidifying my understanding of drug production. I also gained insights into validation methods and process optimization techniques, which will contribute to improving manufacturing processes. Through cross-functional collaboration, I developed strong teamwork and communication skills, vital in the pharmaceutical industry. The challenges I encountered during my internship enhanced my problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Overall, this experience emphasized the value of a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
