I am an entrepreneur with an Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration. I am the owner and chief baker at Probakes Creations where I produce world class quality and tasty custom cakes, pastry goods, finger foods, cocktail drinks, and also train upcoming bakers. I also provide outdoor catering services and event planning. After graduating from school, I opted for an apprenticeship program with a professional baker to smoothen my baking skills. There, and with a great deal of personal development, I acquired and developed excellent skills in cake making and decoration, and pastry production. Being self-driven and passionate about quality and hygienic products, I ventured out on my own and started my personal cake brand. Now, I have successfully carved a niche for myself in the Nigeria caking industry. I lead a team of closely knitted staff to deliver on business strategy and customer satisfaction, I mentor upcoming bakers, and I facilitate in different cake fairs and workshops.I am a continuous learner, a go-getter, thorough, creative and result oriented.
