• Project Title: Modeling Swelling Instabilities in Surface Confined Hydrogels • Noticed a unique link between phenomena observed in the lab and classical mechanical principles• Utilized fourth order partial differential equation models in MATLAB to describe the observed phenomenon numerically and accurately predict what would happen in alternate circumstances
