Facilitate the development of the college to drive global presence and redefined the facility as a critical tertiary institution for the production of health workforce for Primary Health Care.The following are highlights of the value I bring to this position:Responsible for the hiring of the first provost for the College Manage all business functions which include presenting as key spokesperson for the institution, direct sustainable revenue and funding opportunities that support new initiatives and program development. Create and develop actions plans that align with performance goals for teaching staff and improve instruction, academics, and social activities. Successfully have doubles the number of available professional courses which include appropriate accreditation of all courses by various boards. Established the School of Complementary Medicine as well as structured a 2-3 year Phlebotomy course. Developed and implemented course of study that increased the number of trained birth attendants as a strategy to reduce maternal mortality rate in Lagos State; successfully trained over 1000 birth attendants within 36 months.

Establishing and managing relationships between Plan and the African Policy-making institutions in order to develop enhanced co-operation and influence policy on children's issues. Promoting children’s issues to key decision makers in Africa.Enhancing the capacity of civil society, children and communities to work better with the national governments, and Regional institutions including the African Union. Facilitating learning among the major players and institutional actors.

I managed day-to-day operations and facilitated as principal liaison between Plan and the African Union providing strategic direction, project management, and civil society leadership in response to social issues, advancing children’s rights, equality for girls, which included HIV, AIDS, and Human Rights initiatives. Facilitated diverse administrative processes, managed operating budgets, and adhered to legal and regulatory policies.The following are highlights of value I brought to the organization: Facilitated the development of a business plan for the African Union Department of Social Welfare. Secured a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the African Union Commission for Plan International and obtained Observer Status with the African Commission on Human and People’s Rights. Successfully drove well-designed advocacy strategy,which resulted in Plan being the lead organisation to facilitate the children’s input for the African Union in developing the African chapter of A" World Fit for Children". Developed initiatives that build effective workflows and critical communications between the African Union African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of The child and The African C omission on Human and People’s Rights. Led the direction that promoted the emergence and nurturing of an NGO committee that supported, motivated, and challenged the Committee of Experts, mirroring similar practices with the UN NGO Committee of Experts.

I contributed to the organization by offering influential senior health and development direction on multiple levels to international, regional, national, and local health officials to implement cultural change and restructure programmes for HIV/AIDS response across 60 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Central and South America. Designed and implemented innovated AIDS training strategies that resulted in building strong understanding of the epidemic on an individual’s personal lifestyle and ensured personal and organizational behavior modification.The following are highlights of the value I brought to this position: Provided technical advice in the high level discussions between PM Tony Blair and President George Bush which led to the intensified joint efforts of the US-UK against AIDS. Positioned as technical adviser in the creation and structuring of UNAIDS from the Global Programme on AIDS, GPA. Critical contributor to the initiation of the “Because I am a Girl Initiative”. Drove processes and procedures to refocus organisational healthcare goals, utilized strong communications skills and career history to ensure a Child centred community-based healthcare approach which included human rights to water, sanitation, and social services.
