I myself used to handle a team size of around 10 peoples.My main job profile used to handle payroll of my team members & to provide them proper training inorder to deal with clients & to maintain healthy relationship with them.Now a days investment is a sort of concern for most of the people in our country & most of them actually dont know how to invest,where to invest & how long to invest.This finally results in bad investment which is not fruitfull & at the end of the term it results to poor fund value which makes the customer to suffer a lot.I proudly confirms that in this aspect I personally serve my customer a lot & provide them the appropriate solution.When a client comes to me & tell me that my suggested investment benifited him or her a lot then I feel really proud of myself afterall I did some good work not only for myself but also for the sake of others.I also train my team & also take individual care for each & every member of my team afterall I am a team leader & also a manager.Whenever a team member falls in any sort of concern I personally accompany them & sort out their problem.I beleive being a manger one should listen more rather than speaking & that is the only reason my team members are happy & they love their jobs.Regarding my acheivement I just wana inform that for several times I have qualified for the international tour not only that I & my team has become pan India topper for many a times.
