Performing an important role in one of the biggest Air Conditioner manufacturing factory in Bangladesh, where some of the key responsibilities are-1. Material planning in Parts Manufacturing Unit.2. Production planning in Parts Manufacturing Unit.3. Supervising execution of production according to plan and maintaining desired quality.4. Executing all the maintenance (Breakdown and Preventive) related activity on machines and molds.5. Installing and preparing SOP for new machineries and integrate with existing production record.6. Fabricating different equipment and parts required for manufacturing unit.7. Supervising inventory management. 8. Implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.9. Work in the Psychrometric Laboratory as R&D team member to develop new products.

Key Responsibility:• Planning production schedule in parts manufacturing section.• Ensuring maximum production time from machines by timely maintenance and repair work.• Modelling and fabricating different parts for machines and production line.• Ensuring availability raw materials by scheduling production according to the target.• Inspecting and maintaining standard quality of the products from parts manufacturing section.• Implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standard in the plant.• Testing the performance of RAC, LCAC and CAC units in Psychometric Lab.• Developing new model with R&D team.

Working as Assistant Engineer in country’s one of the largest Air Conditioner manufacturing company where major accomplishments include:• Planning production schedule in Parts Manufacturing section according to the demand.• Take responsiblity of CKD parts quality.• Ensuring maximum prodouction hour from machines by time maintenance and repair work.• Upadting product report and machine maintenance report.• Modelling and fabricating different parts for machines and production line.• Implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standard in the plant.• Ensuring availability raw materials by scheduling production according to the target.• Testing the performance of RAC, LCAC and CAC units in Psychometric Lab.

This was a 6 month long training program about Air Conditioner manufacturing and testing procedure. In the period, I was trained about -• Basics of Air Conditioner and refrigeration Cycle.• Installation of split type Air Conditioner.• Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.• Assembly procedure of Air Conditioner unit (both window and different kinds of split type).• Quality checking procedure in an assembly line.• Procedure od processing Sheet Metal, Copper tube, Plastic and EPS to produce ODU and IDU parts for Air Conditioner.
