Current-Planning and implementation of the logistics processes by road, air and sea for the refrigerated container fleet with the aim of fulfilling the order on time and as required.-Carrying out the repositioning of refrigerated containers. Organization of empty container transport between ground handling stations or customers.-Contact person for logistics partners when relocating refrigerated containers (forwarding companies and airlines) for professional and fast support.-Demand forecasting and capacity planning through work closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan the necessary capacity to meet customer requirements. This includes analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer feedback to accurately predict demand and adjust logistics plans accordingly.-Preparing tasks are diverse and include the development and improvement of short-term concepts, cost-benefit analyses and the monitoring of deadlines and budgets.-Performance tracking and analysis through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of logistics operations. which involves analyzing data, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement.-Risk management and contingency planning to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain which includes evaluating risks related to transportation, inventory, and supplier relationships, and implementing measures to minimize their impact on operations.
