Key Major Duties:1. Responsible to rationalize yearly item wise supplier to reduce the cost. 2. Responsible for negotiating yearly basis price and supplier analysis, monitor supply Chain savings. 3. Responsible for packing materials as per line loading plan , check budget based on cost sheet and ensure Pl and Sales Contract/ LC and confirm the price for bulk ordering. 4. Ensure TNA wise goods in-house, ensure on-time supplier payment. (Process all billing docs), daily and weekly follow-up TNA hit rate chart for the whole team. 5. Source and negotiation of trims items analyze quality and price with other suppliers, ensure TNA 6. Responsible to make plans and on-time delivery checking also initial budget and profitability checking. 7. Responsible to make primary documentation and internal system update for L/C opening purpose. 8. 8. Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company's management team.9. Find cost effective solutions for supply chain process. Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost. Lead supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
