About Abir E.

10 years in UAE and more than 17 years of experience. In the past few years, I have owned two businesses, a snack-resto and gaming lounge. I was engaged from initial set up till business startup. I managed to complete all design plans and execution with regards to design, mechanism, practicality and mainly safety when it comes to electricity, fire access and all relevant issues. In order to complete tasks timely, I demonstrated effective coordination among all technicians carried out with the proper documents, pricing, BOQs and necessary specifications. At vibes gaming lounge, I was basically in charge of the business so I needed to understand the core business goals and strategies and I have honed my ability to problem-solve for a range of issues and achieve excellent outcomes. Also, I developed high creative skills and brought daring new ideas and being constantly innovative, by working on new designs, loyalty member cards, creating different events and giveaways. As an experienced Architect Designer, I established great hand-eye coordination, good thinking and reasoning skills, analytical thinking, detail orientated and great use of resources.Dedicated, detail- orientated, hardworking professional who has consistently been praised by my team and management. Over the course of my 17-year career, I built a considerable experience in the field of construction, architecture, interior designing and landscaping plans. Aside the client’s specifications, I was aware of regulations and policies with regards to design revisions and major restrictions and knowledge of what I can and I can’t do. I also have great communication skills, and dexterity in customer service. I established great and professional relationships with foreigners and locals of different walks of life and which was acquired from the multiple roles I fulfilled. Therefore, I am a culture aware person. I’ve also managed to create a local chain of suppliers, technicians and laborers. I’ve completed multiple courses in Managing Teams, Managing Resources, Customer Relation, Team leading, Leadership Styles, Coaching Styles, and Supervisory Skills, Role Model, Leading by example and First Aid. I also have good computer knowledge in AutoCAD, 3dmax, Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffect, and Office, working on Premiere, InDesign and Adobe XD. Currently, I am attending online courses for Sustainable Interior Design and UX Designing. I am working on developing my skills in graphic designing and also in UX designing.
