LaGuardia Airport: Terminal C Airfield Reconfiguration Project, Queens, NYRecruited to spearhead the site wide management of existing as well as new Landside and Airside Construction of Delta’s $4 billion Terminal C Project.Key Accomplishments:• Successfully managed and delivered _ worth of new Arrivals and Departures Roadway network for the new terminal.• Supervised and managed Airside Construction and Phasing in coordination with Flight Operations• Provided solutions to complex phasing requirements needed to build new infrastructure while keeping the existing infrastructure fully operational. • Facilitated constant communication amongst the key stakeholders about challenges, solutions, goals, and opportunities• Coordinated extensively with contractors, designers, executives to install $50 Million worth of Utilities such as Storm Lines, Water Lines, Sanitary Lines, 5kV and 27kV Lines, Hydrant Fuel System, Communication Lines and so on.

NYCDOT Division of Bridges: Reconstruction of the Harlem River Drive over East 127th Street,- Completely replaced the existing Harlem River Drive over E 127th Street- Demolished the entire multi stringer bridge superstructure, substructure and cellular approaches- Constructed the new bridge structures and fly over ramp including sheeting, drilled shaft foundation, substructure footings, column and pier caps, precast concrete girder erection, bridge decks, and retaining walls- For this project precast beams were loaded on barges and pulled by tug boat from Virginia.

MTA Bridges and Tunnels (TBTA) - Reconstruction and Rehab of the Manhattan Approaches to the RFK Bridge,- Completely removed and replaced the Manhattan bound and Randall's Island bound ramps while maintaining traffic which was a great challenge- This multi stage project included the construction of a temporary ramp for the removal and replacement of the Manhattan bound roadway and the support and staging of the Randall's Island bound roadway.- Construction included new seismic bearings, new structural steel, concrete decks, precast retaining walls and foam filled approach roadways

NYSDOT Kew Gardens Interchange, 2A,- Replaced two viaducts on the existing Van Wyck Expressway as well as two viaducts on Eastbound Union Turnpike - Constructed new foundations, columns, and pier caps for the new composite steel and concrete decks- Built a temporary viaduct to handle Northbound traffic while the new viaduct was being built- Constructed a new NYCDOT Maintenance Building, drainage and retaining walls - Completed the project 18 months ahead of schedule

MTA Bridges and Tunnels (TBTA): Replacement of wearing surface at the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge (Estimated Project Value - $9,249,494)- Removed all the existing specialty overlays and placed a 3/8" thick methyl methacrylate based seamless slurry wearing coarse with broadcast aggregate- All the work was performed at night with traffic riding on the new wearing surface by the end of the night shift

LIRR: Port Washington Branch Retaining Walls and Abutments (Estimated Project Value $13,467,501)

NYSDOT: Rehabilitation of Park Avenue Viaduct (Estimated Project Value - $138,491,951)- Completely rehabilitated the 70 span Park Avenue Viaduct as well as the 5 span Nassau Concord Viaduct and the Tillary Street On Ramp- Replaced of facia girders, extensive steel rehab and seismic upgrades to pier footings- Replaced 665 bearings and 500,000 square feet of bridge deck

American Airlines - JFK International Airport Landside Redevelopment (Estimated Project Value - $70,000,000),- Constructed the departure level viaduct and the arrivals level on grade roadway for the new Terminal 9 at American Airlines- Maintained vehicular and pedestrian traffic for this very busy terminal and constructed new pier foundations, piers, structural steel, and a concrete deck- Completed the job on time for the opening of the new terminal despite many unforeseen conditions

NYSDOT: Cross Bronx/ Bruckner Interchange, (Estimated Project Value - $242,952,812)At the time, this was the largest NYSDOT contract awarded on record.- Completed the project 17 months ahead of schedule and helped Defoe receive all 16 incentive payment items totaling $8,849,000- Removed and replaced 1,000,000 square feet of concrete deck with extensive steel rehabilitation in order to widen the superstructure with steel bearing and steel stringers- Involved in designing of a temporary crossover between the Cross Bronx and Bruckner Expressways to maintain traffic during this multi stage rehabilitation
