In my role as CTO at Welldoc, I led the technology team and headed India office. Engineering, Technology Research and Delivery were the primary responsibilities. Led the team from startup to scale - from a small offshore delivery center to a key stakeholder for all things engineering. Being a key stakeholder for product management and roadmap, scaled platform and products form a single disease condition to multi-disease platform used by who’s who in the industry! Scaled the platform to take full advantage of cloud, led engineering efforts to achieve five FDA 510(k) clearances in six years of tenure here. I was intrigued by the advances in digital therapeutics solutions, delivering on a mission to build state of the art technology backbone for the platform and products.As part of my contribution to Welldoc, proud of leaving behind a high performing engineering team, an excellent scalable platform.

Along with roles of managing Infra, QA/QC, high value projects continue to work on integration. Participating and leading in Design Thinking workshops with customers, prospects. Advocate and practice Genpact's Lean Digital approach for enterprise digital transformations across engagements.

Earlier in the year Endeavour became part of GENPACT family and in the rechristened role, continue to carry responsibilities from Digital Transformations and high value engagements. Continue to lead IT infra, QA/ QC and Strategic Projects execution as part of the Genpact digital organisation.

Continue to work with Endeavour and responsible for Quality and Infrastructure Security. Continue to influence, strategize and monitor validation and verification processes for Endeavour's delivery portfolio of all verticals. I also continue to lead Endeavour's Strategy Consulting business unit to help our customers and prospects reap the fruits of mobility. Building enterprise mobility roadmap and strategy has always been my passion!Additionally leading Retail and Healthcare practices at Endeavour.

I work for Endeavour as Vice President - Technology and Quality. With this role, I continue to serve Endeavour and achieve organizational goal. Apart from existing responsibilities, I also focus upon overall growth, brand development, strategy and process unification. I involved in guiding Strategic Consulting teams @ Endeavour, including business plan & sales strategy development.I also work with current projects and customers in order to help them achieve their goals.

Endeavour software india is expanding its business in Europe and north americas. I have been now elevated to take up the mobile development projects at mush higher level - look after current customers in north america and help grow business in states.

At endeavour i look after several mobile development and enterprise application development projects. Have been looking after various mobile development projects and working on brining best of the breed development processes.

I had worked on various enterprise mobility projects as Project Manager in endeavour. Being there from the inception of the organization, i have worked for almost each and every project in Endeavour. Played important role to setup the processes and contributed to growth of business.

As my first assignment I worked for a very little time in Aftek Infosys's Solapur branch as a trainee Engineer. I was first selected student of my batch through campus interviews.
