Few of my projects in this field are :☛ Development of new HVAC unit (with Automatic Climate control System), Electronic Control panel, AC pipes and condenser for the Next Gen Scorpio model.☛ Proactive reduction in number of brazed joints on AC pipes to reduce the chances of AC gas leakage issue in Next Gen Scorpio and its horizontal deployment on other platforms.☛ Development of new Radiator and Electric Fan-Motor-Shroud assembly for the Next Gen Scorpio model.☛ Elimination of the issues of warpage on the Fan shroud (plastic part) of Next Gen Scorpio.☛ Development of localised AC compressor for Verito and Bolero.☛ Development of a new design of Condenser Assembly for Bolero to reduce R/1000 issue in field.☛ Development of HVAC for Electric Vehicles.

☛ Worked as and Assistant manager in Supplier Quality Assurance Department, with special focus on Quality Control and Management systems with the advanced Statistical Tools for Qulaity Control, APQP, MPPAP and GD&T.☛ Worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee in Relaibility Engineering, R&D, with the Vehicle Performance Validation Team on Clutch systems, Brake Systems and Engine Cooling Systems.
