• Creating Engineering change orders (ECO), Deviation (DEV) and Request for Action (RFA) in Oracle Agile PLM. Responsible for Creating parts, Documents, Bill of Materials (BOM) both for NPI (New Product Introduction) and Sustaining.• Experience in structuring the Bill of materials and scrubbing the BOM based on request.• Maintaining & Modifying the Change Orders for Life Cycle status, AML Details, suggesting an Alternate (MPN) and BOM changes using Oracle Agile PLM.• NPI (New Product Introduction), BOM (Bill of Material) Management, Prepare BOM using drawings & technical data. Managing the workflow in the Engineering Change Order process and keeps track of efficiency and effectiveness. • Closely work with product engineers to create engineering change order efficiently • Experience in Maintaining Quality documents like SOP, RCA, CAPA, Checklist etc. • Knowledge sharing to new joiners on all the Process and involved in Cross Functional Training.• Able to verify and validate the cad drawings in PTC CREO 2D & 3D modelling.• Creating weekly/quarterly Metrics report for the process to obtain the aging for change orders for Team discussion and Performing Customer Audit, Supplier Inventory Audit, Internal Audit.• Processing PCN/PDN for communicating to changes to required team members and creating MCO (Manufacturing change order) for EOL (End of life) notice and implementing the changes in Agile.• Suggesting alternate for Active and Passive EOL MPN using Silicon expert tool and by collecting the Attributes manually from datasheet.• Gaining knowledge in inventory management, RFQ, Split, Negotiations and other Procurement process.

• Wide experience in Electronic Component Engineering / Product Lifecycle Management/ Environmental Compliance Management.• Rich knowledge on compliance activities of components - RoHS, REACH, WEEE, GREEN, 3TG, TCC (HTS and ECCN codes)• Good knowledge on ECR/ECO process• Good knowledge on Passives, Actives & Electro mechanical components•Hands on Experience in working with Agile and Enovia PLM Tools• Experience in BOM scrubbing using IHS BOM manager and Silicon Experts• Experience in EMI/EMC testing for product certifications (CE/FCC/VCCI)• Identify alternate part and manufacturers with FFF analysis• End-of-Life (EOL) Monitoring of the Electrical components• Validation of component characterization report,Board level test reports• Preferred part List (PPL) selection of electronics components•Possesses good communication skills both in spoken and written English• Experienced in software application including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
