It was my interest in management-oriented subjects like total quality management, principles of management and process planning that gave me an inkling of my affliction to the subject. I was able to understand the need of such management subjects and relate how vital these management techniques were in the technological world. I realised that technology and management are interlinked and they always go hand in hand. After completing my Bachelor's degree, I worked at India’s biggest start-up, Byju’s learningapp as a business development associate(BDA). The job taught me how to leverage management and marketing skills to ensure technology is utilized in an efficient and effective manner. I followed a consultative approach and understood that communication is critical to obtaining alignment, especially when working with cross-functional teams. This approach helped me achieve a higher sales margin.I strongly believe that there is always something new to learn every day and I enjoy work that is intellectually stimulating.
