Projects:a) Adloor-Yellareddy to Gundla-Pochanpalli Highway - 107 Km stretch on NH-7 between Adloor -Yellareddy and Gundla Pochanpalli on the Hyderabad – Nagpur Highway. (BOT Annuity)b) Tindivanam to Ulundurpet Highway - 73 km on NH-45 on the Chennai - Dindigul National Highway. (BOT)• Responsible for EPC contract progress, analysis, monitoring of National Highway-7 project, Adloor Yellareddy – Gundla - Pochanpalli (107 km), North South Corridor Package – AP2, (Rs. 7000 millions), reporting to VP, project completed on schedule. Incidence of sub contractor failure, fresh contract broken up and management renegotiated with multiple contractors – significant contribution to coordination of correspondence, contract finalization, contract administration and site coordination. • Reviewed and processed payment invoices with a turnaround time of two days.• Handled project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion. Managed resources to perform project activities in cost effective manner.• As a part of team, was instrumental in submitting the technical, commercial and price bids of Highway Projects.• Prepared quantity estimates for highways/structures (bridges, culverts, ROBs), and assisted in the preparation of Bill of Quantities for 5 bids – successful bidding of National Highway-45 A, Tindivanam- Ulundurpet (73 km- Rs. 8280 millions), efforts appreciated by the Sector Head. • Analysed and reported material resource availability data for National Highway-7, a stretch between Lakhanadon and MP/MH Border, on short notice of two days. • Understanding the customer’s/ competitor’s perception about the upcoming project and expectation from the company.• Carried out Competitor’s Analysis and recommended solutions.• Coordinated with Corporate Functions viz.
