Topista Abito is a self driven and self motivated teacher by professional who is always open to opportunities to expand her field of expertise and knowledge. she believes in being an all rounder. she is a flexible, hardworking, punctual and reliable individual who is able to work in a busy environment and produce high standards of work. she is a team worker who takes instructions from all levels and build up a good working relationship with all her colleagues. she has been part of kaskazi network limited who has been doing data collection in conjunction with Uganda Breweries Limited where she worked as an audit representative in Lango sub region for two months and in central region a month as well. As a teacher, her areas of experience is still along her internship placements where she was placed thrice that is, in 2018, 2019, she taught English language and literature in Iceme Girls Secondary school located in Oyam district. ln 2021, she did micro teaching in school of education at Makerere university. In areas of volunteerism, she volunteered as a village health worker, apeer mentor, youth leader and counselor. Currently, she is a teacher Leader working with Teach For Uganda. With all her work and volunteering experiences she developed various skills, that is communication skills, report writing skills, data entry skills, training and facilitation skills, administrative skills, coaching and mentoring skills, computer skills, community mobilization and development skills, monitoring and evaluation, networking and influencing skills, Relationship building and team management skill.
