Main areas and achievements include:Operations: In 2015 moved the team of 20 from the office we had occupied for 7 years into serviced offices. Reported to the Board on all aspects of the move from sourcing offices, through to budget and organising the move outside of office hours to ensure minimum business disruption. HR: Initiated a new Induction process from business case for hire through to induction. Creating a checklist as well as an induction programme for staff on-boarding. Oversee the HR function with a dotted lined to the HR Director for the following: staff Pension scheme, Childcare vouchers, Holiday and Sickness, Healthcare and Dental Scheme, Staff Contracts and Inductions, Death in Service Scheme and Payroll.IT: Responsible for the company’s remote desktop contract with the IT supplier, ensuring updates and back-ups are maintained. Liaising with the IT helpdesk for any company wide issues and new staff log-ins.CRM: Maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring the data is clean and that staff are following company procedures. Implemented a staff user guide, which details best practice and “how to”.Re-introduced companies QMP automating the process through the CRM system, using an online survey form. Compiling feedback and acting where necessary.CSR: Implemented a successful volunteering policy, as a result the company now has a 70% staff uptake. Won a Lord Mayor’s Dragon Award for our volunteering programme in 2015.Office Management: Budget responsibility and Delegated Authority for expenditure up to £1,500 per invoice. Areas include: yearly insurance renewal, mobile phone contracts, company credit cards, cash expenses and administering petty cash and health & safety.Also responsible for producing the contractual documents in relation to placements.
