What I Do:- Developing and executing test plans: This involves creating comprehensive strategies to test different functionalities, performance, compatibility, and user experience.- Manual and automated testing: Conducting exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues and utilizing automation tools for repetitive tasks.- Identifying and reporting bugs: Clearly documenting issues with detailed steps to reproduce them, severity levels, and potential impact.- Regression testing: Verifying that bug fixes haven't introduced new problems in previously working areas.- Analyzing test results: Interpreting data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions about product quality.- Preparing test reports: Communicating test findings effectively to stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and management.- Collaborating with development teams: Working closely with developers to understand issues, suggest solutions, and ensure timely bug fixes.- Staying informed: Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, testing methodologies, and relevant tools.
