Leading the Bulgarian consulting team responsible for Digital Banking Transformation:- Being responsible for recruitment, budgeting and day-to-day guidance of the Digital Banking Transformation team in Bulgaria.- Actively participate in opportunity generation, proposal preparation and presentations for current and future clients.- Expand current portfolio with development of new service offerings based on market trends and analysis.- Guiding Business Analysts and Technical Consultants during functional and technical specification definition and implementation.- Actively leading Business solution architecture for a large bank in Slovakia for Payments, NFR and Reporting and for Lending solution for a large bank in Hungary.- Reviewing and reporting on overall project KPIs for the project in Slovakia- Leading IT Target Operating Model and Enterprise Architecture Strategy project for a large financial institution in Bulgaria

Overseeing all the projects in a program to ensure the program goals are met by providing the needed decision-making to avoid risks and resolve issues.• Being responsible for 2 large size programs, each one includes multiple simultaneous projects with average team size 15-30 people for T24 and delivery channels solutions• Manage contractual terms and financial issues for multi-country clients. • Build strong relationship with clients and be their trusted advisor and escalation point.• Coach, mentor and support less experienced PMs and help them resolve complex problems.• Ensure all members of the project team understand the methods and procedures used, and have recommended trainings and coaching.

Managing the complete lifecycle of projects with focus on alternative delivery channels for financial and microfinance institutions. Current projects include: • Leading T24 implementation and integrated Android Tablet solution for MFI in Egypt• Leading the implementation of mobile banking solution for an MFI in Zambia• Responsible for product definition and implemention a tablet solution for customer onboarding for MFI in Malawi• Managing and implementing the requests and the roadmap of the largest data collection and reporting platform for village savings and loans collaborating with the largest iNGOs. This includes web-based and mobile applications both for Android and iOS. The platform is the central reporting database for savings groups in the financial inclusion field. Implementation team is approx. 12 people. • Heading the requirements gathering and implementation for SG’s Business Analytics product in a financial institution and NGO organization.• Leading the implementation of a payment gateway, its integration with external banks and with the internal billing solution for the largest telecom in Azerbaijan.

Heading a team of 5 responsible for building the digital strategy and innovative strategic ways for growth of the movement: • Leading the scope requirements as well as the implementation and launch of social-networking platform with 25K + users and 600+ projects. • Creating and implementing a digital roadmap for development and marketing campaigns to bridge offline and online involvement.• Developing the internal process for communicating among a team located in 3 different continents• Setting the framework of KPIs for the organization, conceptualizing and implementing the strategic vision and structure documents for growth of the organization.

PMO unit, Responsible for the integration between the 3 major system platforms of the company (CC&B, website and ERP), process development and change management among 5 different departments, new product and promotion implementation for mobile, fixed landline and ADSL offerings, estimated functional impact of new ideas, synchronized the system development and communication strategy and vendor management for each project: - Led the scope definition, planning and launch of 5 new tariffs, 7 promotions (both ADSL and mobile), 2 VIVACOM websites (4fun.bg and ADSL provisioning), and 4 VAS promotions. - Created and implemented end-to-end processes for 2 new products and services (SIP Trunk and Mobile music tariff)- Participated in the vendor selection and management for various applications including Roaming Steering platform and Ring-back-tone services. Average budget of each project was EUR 100K.- Participated in identifying innovative solutions for digitalization of the last 20% of the network. - Managed the process design and implementation of the new company outlook for the VIVACOM shops. - Led the requirements’ analysis and definition (business and technical) for the launch of the mobile payments service.

Own company initiative as part of Junior Achievement Youth Business Program. Project contractor for technical software documentation, user manuals, trainings and software quality assurance. • Created complete documentation for vProducts suite as .chm help file and user manual for Vizibility • Trained 50+ users and prepared user manual for online system for the Bulgarian government.

Responsible for the system requirements design and implementation and for the change management process as part of company’s reorganization, broken into the following project: • Engineering Kits: Managed the design and implementation for new production process of Kits or sets of materials for 4 different engineering purposes (ADSL home fixing, Cable replacement, New line, Emergency). Worked with consultants on the SAP integration of the new process. • SAP S&D: Managed the process design for the landline, wireless and internet services provided as part of the implementation and support for SAP Logistics Execution module in 15 warehouses countrywide. Led the system training and work instructions implementation for 120 warehouse employees countrywide. • SAP WM, MM: Owned SAP barcoding solution design process as part of the WM implementation. Participated in the SAP Warehouse Management and Materials Management modules implementations• Inventory management: Managed the Logistics and System aspect of the merger of 3 sub-companies. • Inventory Disposal Program: Managed the reduction and disposal of inventory worth 20 mil EUR among 160 warehouses in the country. • Project Management Board: Designed a unified Project Management framework for projects, leading to the establishment of a Project Management Board as a separate division. • Launch of a new mobile operator: Participated and led the Logistics System implementation for the launch of the 3rd mobile operator on the Bulgarian market.

Managed the scope, timeliness and the budget of the assigned customer accounts. Created proposal materials, contract documents, quality assurance documentation, and training manuals for each the following projects:• SharePoint Intranet Portal: Lead the definition phase, solution design and implementation for SharePoint as an Intranet Portal for the 2nd largest Bulgarian bank HVB Bank Biochim. • Online shops: Managed the requirements’ scope and communication with 2 USA clients during the solution design, implementation and support phases (Sauer Danfoss and Bob Diamond)• Online Survey website: Responsible for the new website creation, implementation, the search engine optimization (SEO) and support.
