The Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation and Tata Trusts have launched an initiative called 'Zila Swachh Bharat Preraks(ZSBP)' for the monitoring of Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) (SBM-G) in each district of India as a consultant to the district administration being their support system in the on-field activities, handling the MIS part, maintaining the communication between all the stakeholders in the distrct SBM-G , vis-a-vis a bridge between the SBM team and Ministry at Centre, the team at state in UP and the district team.

Maintaining the database of company by contacting the who's who of Digital Marketing Arena across the globe , so as to make them be a part of the event we were going to come up with , i.e Conference on "Internet of Things and Smart Cities'.Our target group was- Digital Marketing Professionals, comprising of Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), Marketing Managers,Digital Marketing Managers, Chief Technology Officers, Co-Founders etc. To invite them as Sponsors , Delegates , and Speakers , and to avail them the opportunity to know and be a member of our organization was the key agenda.Also , we developed the Sponsorship Proposal for the event vis-a-vis Proposals for Delegates and other attendees.The cost-analysis and budgeting part of the event was handled by us , i.e me and my team-mate Shradha Minz , apart from which , we also built up the Event Sponsorship Brochure , Agenda of the Event and the Media Strategy to promote the event and other parallel events of IAMAI.I was also exclusively involved in pioneering and finalizing a new Digital Creative Agency for the company in years to come so as to handle the traffic of work coming to IAMAI in terms of Digital Creatives.I also handled the back end and supporting communication activities in several events , also creating buzz at different social networking platforms for events like Digital Marketing Conclave and the Appfest and Digital Money Summit , as mentioned above.Thus is the summary of what all I did at IAMAI Mumbai as a Marketing Summer Intern.
