Marketing and Consulting Professional currently employed in Primus Partners as Senior Consultant, currently working for PMU in Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana, providing guidance for implementation of various provisions of New Education Policy in Haryana, conceptualizing and drafting action plan (To-be) which will provide implementation of the various goals of PM USHA in phases, to align the education curriculum with the needs of industry and service sectors and promote an On-The-Job exposure to all students in skill sets of their choice and aptitude. Earlier, I worked for PMU of Directorate, ESI Healthcare Directorate Haryana, wherein I was driving the department to provide technical support and management consultancy to the Directorate for implementation of various schemes/benefits across Haryana. I also worked for a brief period for PMU in Haryana Skill Development Mission, analyzing various investment proposals through organizations to set up trainings and incubation centers. Prior to this, worked with Adroit Overseas as Marketing Lead, procuring commodities and in logistics, for 3 years and one month. Earlier, I worked as a consultant with Tata Trusts for 24 months for Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation for Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin). The major task was to work-out and implement the plan to make the district Open Defecation Free (ODF). This included monitoring the supply chain of materials to beneficiaries for Toilet construction & sustainability, to handle the MIS of the whole district to showcase the growth of district under numerous modules, working on the budget of IEC, i.e , Information, Education & Communication for enhancing the awareness about the program, along with the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), also called the Swachhta Plan.I have done PGDM at IIM Ranchi , specializing in Marketing and Strategy.
