Managing systems and procedures to launch campus openings for over 600 students, supervising and managing discipline and emergency management/crisis situations on campus, directing campus operations and logistics, mentoring and coaching 60-55 staff members, providing performance evaluations to staff, approving community organizations’ contracts, training staff and 20-30 parent volunteers, developing written campus communication plan via various media outlets, attending job fairs and community outreach events, interviewing potential candidates for various campus positions, representing the district at state and local community events to promote HPS to students and families, building relationships with various constituents in the community to bring in support agencies, and managing sports teams, academic tournaments, fundraisers, family events, and student activities.

Providing marketing and event coordination, business consultation and training, client recruitment and retention management, community and outreach development, and website management.

Supervising and managing curriculum and instruction for classroom teaching fellows, assisting with campus operations, instructional mentoring and coaching, providing performance evaluations to staff, disseminating key information to organization’s stakeholders, training staff and volunteers, building relationships with various constituents, and managing family events and student activities.

Providing academic instruction to students, coordinating campus activities such as student government, academic camps, and fundraising initiatives, building relationships with students, parents, and school community, assisting in staff developments, and providing leadership through service on campus and district committees.
