Generated new customers and revenue by developing cold call strategy and approaching dozens of small to mid-sized operating companies in the Houston area. Met and exceeded customers’ requirements by understanding needs and designing the job before handing over to operations for field execution.

Managed, motivated, and evaluated field crews, technicians, and mechanics. Responsible for all onsite operations, Health Safety & Environmental issues, and final product delivery. Managed $2 million+ in equipment during each deployment. Trained new engineers in logging operations, client contact, and crew management.

Took on a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from technical report writing, designing stormwater systems, delineating flood basins using AutoCAD and field data acquisition. Performed detailed studies of urban watersheds, and utilized computer modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS) for advanced storm water system design.
