Our world has entered the ethics era. Driven by rapid changes in technology, transparency, and expectations, we are at the dawn of a stakeholder-driven economy. As the CEO of Ethicist International, it is my profound privilege to convene and serve a cutting-edge team that advises leading companies and sector-wide initiatives on ethics and business integrity solutions. C-suite executives and governments depend on Ethicist International to realize opportunities beyond compliance that build and sustain today’s most important asset: Trust. Guiding major organizations in the evolution of their ethical standards and the setting of ethics initiatives, we build and facilitate lasting outcomes from world-leading platforms at the nexus of ethics and policy development. I have enabled the launch of over a dozen national agreements for ethical collaboration across five continents while reinforcing standards of integrity in health-related sectors. These efforts have harmonized ethical practices for over 20,000 enterprises and redefined how thousands of parties around the world collaborate to benefit millions of patients. It is an honor to share insights at national and international government dialogues as well as conferences such as the OECD Global Anti-Corruption and Integrity Forum, ECI IMPACT, the European Business Ethics Forum, AdvaMed’s MedTech Conference, the Basel Institute’s Collective Action Conference, the America’s SBDC Conference, and the APEC Business Ethics for SMEs Forum. My work has appeared in publications such as the Financial Times fDi Intelligence, Corporate Compliance Insights, Medical Economics, and the Washington Examiner. I am a founding member of the OECD Anti-Corruption Leaders Hub and have served on the B20 Task Force on Integrity and Compliance since 2020. I serve as a visiting faculty member of the International Anti-Corruption Academy in Vienna, Austria where I deliver an annual graduate course focused on initiatives and tactics to prevent corruption. I also serve on the Advisory Board of the Pamela Harriman Foreign Service Fellowship Program. I have earned Executive MBAs from UCLA, Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. I am also an alumnus of the Global Network for Advanced Management Program at IMD in Switzerland.
