• Produce engineering outputs such as system architecture, sub-systems interfacing points, database generation, graphics development, system software configuration, programming, etc. • Responsible for leading the projects and project management activities. • Convert the Building Management System requirement into a solution to meet the customer needs and to create a competitive advantage through the right design and selection, standard and regulatory compliance, etc. • Liaising with customer's project teams, consultants, and internal teams to understand the project requirement. • Work closely with the project manager to align engineering activities concerning the project schedule and budget. • System integration and communication design using IP, Modbus, and BACnet protocols. • Preparation of Hardware and Software Design Specification documents, Functional and Design Specification documents, Field Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test documents, Operation and Maintenance Manual, etc. • Being part of the Site Acceptance Test and commissioning activities.

• Provide control systems programming and integration for the plant. • Responsible for leading the projects and project management activities. • Integrate PLCs with all MMIs, Servos, Steppers, and AC/DC Motor drives. • Lead or assist in troubleshooting efforts associated with the control systems to avoid or minimize production upsets either-or downtime. • Design HMI for better process control and visualization. • Integrate system and design communication with the help of Ethernet IP, Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, RS232, RS422, RS485, etc. • Interfacing with customers for requirement collection, firmware/hardware upgrades, and repairs. • Test and commission the developed projects. • Provide both telephonic and online support to resolve problems associated with the PLCs and VFDs.

• Responsible for leading the projects and project management activities. • Logic Development in PLC program domains. • Designing of HMI screens • Integrate PLCs with all HMIs, VFD’s, PM’s, Breakers etc. • Lead or assist in troubleshooting efforts associated with the control systems to avoid or minimize production upsets either-or downtime. • Interfacing with customers for requirement collection, firmware/hardware upgrades, and repairs. • Calibration of temperature, pressure, and flow sensors with their respective process indicators. • Designing electrical and electronic control circuits using logic circuits. • Selection of the best materials needed for the design. • Guiding the workers to implement the designed electrical circuit properly. • Testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the developed project to ensure its efficient working.

• Quickly make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.• Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.• Supervising electrical technicians, which includes hiring and training new technician team members. • Regular tests to new and existing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality.• Keep all machinery neat and clean to reduce faults.• Ensure the electrical safety of all workers.• Calculate power consumption and made suggestions to increase efficiency.
