As a Director of Experience Jervis Bay (previously a holiday rental portfolio within my real estate business and extracted and rebranded in 2020), I have the privilege of leading a small but super team dedicated to providing the best accommodation and experiences in the Jervis Bay area. As an exclusive holiday rental business offering holiday accommodation in Jervis Bay and our surrounding areas, we provide full-service end-to-end management for our owners whilst focusing on providing a 5-star guest experience from the first enquiry to the day of departure and everything in between.In my role, I am responsible for the overall direction of the business, implementing the industry's best systems, procedures and software, ensuring we have portfolio growth and building business partnerships. With a passion for tourism and hospitality and Jervis Bay, I have been involved in the industry in Jervis Bay since 1998 giving me a real understanding of the industry and the area.

As a Director at One Agency Elite Property Group (by way of a merger and rebranding from Integrity Real Estate), with my fellow directors, I lead a dynamic team of around 50 property professionals across three offices along the South Coast of NSW, from Wollongong to Jervis Bay. In my role, I focus on creating, sourcing, and implementing systems, procedures, and software into the sales and property management teams to improve operations and drive growth. By developing strategic systems and procedures and identifying innovative software solutions, I ensure that our team and in turn our business remain competitive and leaders in our industry.One of my key responsibilities is to lead and train our team. As a real estate sales person, I was responsible for all aspects of the sale process including but not limited to:- Prospecting for new clients- Nurturing potential clients- Listing property for sale- Buyer management- Negotiating sales

Following my time in the Royal Australian Navy I worked many and varied roles in the Tourism and Hospitality sector including but not limited to:- Skipper of Dolphin and Whale watching boats (Master Class 5)- Skipper of Snorkel and Scuba Diving boats (Master Class 5)- Outdoors guide taking tourists and school groups on outdoor activities like mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, hiking etc.- Retail assistant in an outdoor shop- Barista and waiter

I worked as a Boatswain's Mate in the Royal Australian Navy.
