• Responsible for developing new accounts and expanding current contract staffing accounts• Interact with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to identify and clarify staffing needs• Work with and direct recruiters to coordinate and prioritize daily activities• Perform final screening of all candidates prior to submittal to client• Obtain feedback from hiring managers on candidates, share information with recruiters and assist in the search as needed• Met and exceeded all goals on customer service/quality

• Hands-on manager responsible for managing a team of recruiters and continuing to keep all of the responsibilities/duties of a technical recruiter• Train/mentor members of the recruiting team• Develop and track individual goals for all team members• Work with Account Managers to coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to the team

• Individual contributor responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting engineers and technical professionals for contract positions• Developed a professional database of candidates through web sourcing (Monster, CareerBuilder, etc), cold calling, and networking with schools/universities and career centers.
