Field Services Engineer Ii
Current- Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensingsystems located within hospitals and other healthcare facilities- Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize work orders; diagnose, service, and resolve issues regardingproprietary hardware and software system components, maintain ownership of the work order,escalate issues to the team lead and manager; log, track, and document all work order activity,and be capable of fully supporting all products within the region- Execute a preventive maintenance program, provide limited cross-functional support for ourSales and Implementation teams, and other support activities as applicable to the role- Provide accurate and timely documentation that details field activity, expenses, time, anddistribution- Possess and maintain a working knowledge of corporate and service department proceduresand policies, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting- Able to work independently and in a team environment, and engage/escalate to teamleadership for advanced troubleshooting and resolution of issues as needed
