I have been seriously involved in information technology since 1996. Initially I worked in hardware support department, but I was involved in software development since 1999. I started with software development and got involved in designing and developing Databases, especially in SQL Server. Then I started the analysis and design of information systems with RUP methodology.I have launched a software development department at Iran Khodro Industrial Dies Factory and formed an efficient team. The result of nearly 9 years of my work at this factory led to develop of various software that form an integrated information system that covering the general and specialized processes of the organization.I was managing the GS1 Iran IT department for 2 years. During these 2 years, in addition to managing the usual tasks of the IT department, I was responsible for outsourcing the national information systems development related to the IRANCODE Project.After that I went into research to develop standards for identifying and cataloging items. The results of my research have led to a new way of master data management (MDM) derived from the ISO 8000 standard. Master data management improves the quality of enterprise transaction data and the performance of ERP modules and provides information infrastructure for ERP.I have been specializing in data quality and master data management since 2010. I started by developing a standard for identifying and cataloging goods and services for a standard Iranian organization. The result of my collaboration with that organization was to develop a standard for MDM related to goods and services based on ISO 8000 and ISO 22745 standards.Based on the above mentioned standards and the knowledge I gained in the field, I developed an application software to manage the core data. This software product is currently being used in some industrial organizations in Iran. For example, the National Iranian Oil Company and its subsidiaries are using this software product to manage their master data. Other large industry organizations that have purchased this software product are also using it.From 2015 to 2016, I was responsible for deploying the item identification and cataloging system at the National Iranian Oil Company And since then I have been doing business analysis related to GS1 standards in the areas of product traceability, data quality, master data services and master data sharing via GDSN in GS1 Iran.Implementing specialized MDM courses and providing advice on how to implement the MDM system are my specialties.
