The Lead Teller, with the ability to handle member transactions of all varieties. Including opening accounts for members. I am also the Vault Teller. This position makes me responsible for balancing large amounts of cash. As well as ordering and shipments to keep our vault properly stocked and under the appropriate limits. This also includes keeping our ATM stocked and balanced. As a Member Consultant II, I am a Consumer Loan Officer. Interviewing members, reviewing credit reports, and taking their loan applications. I communicate with the Underwriting Department to help members achieve their financial goals. I initiate domestic and international wires and submit the international wires to American Express for approval. I use Client Central, a program that allows me to research debit and credit cards more directly. I also use Ascensus, a program that allows me to access members IRA accounts.

I have 4.5 years of service experience in restaurants. Though the majority of my work has been as a server, I have also worked in the kitchen and behind the bar. This profession can be very intense, and therefore, my customer service skills shine bright. I have the ability to multitask and organize my time efficiently. I can take orders and make drinks, carry on a conversation and provide counsel, clean and stock, answer phones and run credit cards, cook and serve food... etc. A combination of any and all of this can happen, and sometimes all at once! All while maintaining a veil of confidence, and a calm presence; not even a bead of sweat running down my cheek.
