I am a seasoned HR and business leader with expertise in HR strategy, organization development, organization design, strategic workforce planning, talent management, L&D, culture transformation, leadership development, employee experience and change management. I bring a mix of deep HR CoE, strategic business partnering and consulting experience gained in world-class organisations to my work. I have led large teams to develop HR strategies and solutions in a range of contexts such as organisation/digital transformation, growth strategy, restructuring, M&As etc. My experience spans multiple industries including technology, telecom, banking, insurance, media, aviation, healthcare, government, social services etc. across Asia Pacific, USA and the Middle East. My work involves both strategy formulation and implementation to drive tangible results for the business. To give back to the HR community, I founded HRHeadStart - a newsletter geared towards accelerating learning for HR students and young HR professionals. It was used by thousands of learners across 50 countries. I am also a Board & HR Committee Member of the non-profit Rainbow Centre, Singapore, an organization focused on persons with disabilities.
