In my role as Manager HR & Corporate Administration, I am responsible for recruitment, benefits, employee relations, website administration, corporate contracts / renewals and project management. Co-led the selection process, employee relations and sales-force integration. Designed and delivered employee and manager workshops to provide information and support during transition. Received Sanofi-Aventis recognition award post-merger for strong leadership, contribution and positive influence during the integration period.
