Worship Ministry Director
Current• Lead musicians during setup, rehearsals, and worship gatherings, fostering excellence and authenticity.• Utilize extensive expertise in worship music to craft compelling and spiritually uplifting worship encounters.• Recruit, develop, and nurture individuals with vocal & instrumental talents helping them become leaders themselves.• Assist with weekly production programming, ensuring seamless worship experiences.• Mentor and coordinate leadership to cultivate skills, ensure consistency across all Worship services, and oversee the development, recruitment, and training of all tech-related Ministry areas.• Manage scheduling of all roles and responsibilities related to worship & special events.• Consistently show gratitude to volunteers for their dedication and service, nurturing a culture of appreciation and collaboration.• Maintain an operating budget for the worship Ministry and monitor expenditures.
