My firm focuses on acquiring and developing housing for the middle market renter in NYC. We believe this space represents the largest demographic of people looking to live and work in NYC. It is a diverse and deep population of potential renters: nurses, teachers, new college graduates, young professionals, dual income couples. Our goal is to provide well maintained, modern apartments close to public transportation that represent value when compared to luxury offerings. As a result, many of these properties are in emerging or gentrifying neighborhoods. As a former wall street banker, investor and credit analyst I have significant experience implementing a disciplined investment approach, conducting thorough due diligence and establishing strong risk management practices. My 20 years of experience dealing with institutional investors has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of capital structure, transaction management, negotiations and the importance of paying attention to the little details.
