Its total potential sales value of U$ 75 M and the construction are about 33.000 square meters on a landsite of 72.000 square meters. As assistant project manager I led the team of architects and engineers on the manufacturing of construction plans.- Coordinated civil engineerings and architectural projects working with technical team- Supported the general contractor at construction site providing guidance on a fast paced environment- Implemented FF&E process, controlled budget and costs, coordinated teams from acquisition to execution- Managed licenses, permits and legal records related to the licensing of the project- Promoted clear communication for smooth transition from construction phase to an operational facility
