I am intrinsically motivated, results-driven, and relationship-based. I see each challenge as an ability and experience enhancing exercise and seek out such moments. I am a spirit-leader, community-energizer, and difference-maker. My professional philosophy emphasizes individualization and fostering growth and development in all students.
