· Oversee site works (Excavations, Construction, Finishing) from the start to completion of the project.· Reviewing Project specifications.· Preparing BOQ as per tender drawing.· Finding Suppliers and manufactures for Architecture materials.· Preparing PQS - Pre-Qualification Submittal documents for mechanical materials.· Preparing M.S – Materials submittal documents with the samples for Submission.· Preparing & reviewing Architecture shop drawings with designer / draft man.· Creating task in Odoo application to document controller for submitting shop drawings, PQS, MS to consultant & Client for their review and approval.· Preparing Materials requisition & P.O – Purchase order in Odoo application after approval of MS.· Dealing with Suppliers / Manufacture for materials delivery as per PO.· Dealing with Subcontractors for arranging weekly work schedule and materials.· Weekly manpower arrangements and assigning weekly activities to the supervisor & Sub- Contractors· Dealing with Sub-contractor on weekly basis in order to arrange and tracking their weekly schedule.· Giving technical advice to the crews as per manufacture recommendation and Method statement.• To ensure the crews were working with complete safety to avoid any accident or Injury.• Monitoring the Site Productivity and Quality of Works.• Tracking the daily work progress and follow up with technical crews for pending works.• Creating task in Odoo application to DC for Inspection request WIR for the Completed works.• Meeting with Planning engineer for updating him work completion status.• Follow up with accounts department for the suppliers & Sub-contractor payments.• Complete cost estimations for all phases of a construction project and develop a complete budget and update it every 2 weeks.• Provide technical advice regarding design and construction.

· Supervise, inspect, and follow up Landscaping construction & Rehabilitation works on site.· Preparing Landscaping List as per Specification & tender drawing· Reviewing Project specifications.· Preparing BOQ as per tender drawing.· Finding Suppliers and manufactures for Architecture & landscaping materials.· Preparing PQS - Pre-Qualification Submittal documents for mechanical materials.· Preparing M.S – Materials submittal documents with the samples for Submission.· Preparing & reviewing Architecture Landscaping shop drawings with draft man.· Dealing with Suppliers / Manufacture for materials delivery as per PO.· Weekly manpower arrangements and assigning weekly activities to the supervisor & Sub- Contractors· Dealing with Sub-contractor on weekly basis in order to arrange and tracking their weekly schedule.· Support the contractor and sub-contractors with missing design information and resolve emerging site issues.· Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines to incorporate different systems for the best application on site.· Attend and participate in technical meetings and presentations with supervision consultant and client’s teams, and participate in inspections and site tours.· Prepare daily & weekly reports for site progress.
