• Inspect the above mentioned works done by contractor to ascertain that the work is proceeding in accordance with contract documents, approved drawings and accepted practice Check construction (layout, Steel Reinforcement, Concrete work, water proofing, and all finishing works) locations and levels established by the contractor. • Preparation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Technical queries (TQ), Method of Statements, Inspection Requests. • Ensuring all internal and external NCR’s are closed within the agreed duration. To coordinate with the Client in order to resolve Quality Control related problems on Site. •Preparation of Presentation for the visitors, Monthly Progress Reports, Financial Progress Working on computer in MS office and Auto CAD as required at site

• Quality Control of civil works executed at site Inspect the work according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Technical Queries (TQ), and Method Statements.Immediately report to Project Manager non Conformances of Quality Norms against Project Specifications and ensuring that all NCR’s are closed within the agreed duration. Implementing the Quality Procedures to organize the processes between contractor’s engineers.Coordinating with Internal / External auditors.•Conduct site inspections along with the Consultants and verify by countersigning the RFI and checklists.•To coordinate with the Consultant and Client in order to resolve Quality Control related problems on Site, and attend Progress and Technical meetings with them.reviewing all invoices with all contractors at site
