Earlier in the career our software development organization had crisis with regulatory challenges. Our executive leader at the time came to me asking for a help and said "…engineers always listen to you…". I took the opportunity, and ever since I have been involved when there is a "fire" - to work with cross-functional teams whether it is: - Streamlining existing or new business and implementing standard processes, - Transforming the organization to improve delivery time and quality and security through data analytics, lean and technology - Reducing AWS infrastructure cost - Transforming organization to Digital world with new processes and technologies…and I can keep going… I have passion for innovation and motivating teams to think out of a box. Once a developer said to me "I am coder but 70% of my time I write documents!". I stepped up with our DevOps team to come up with unconventional CI/CD based solution and with no budget, we sourced students to code out of their dorm rooms. Awesome experience!I thrive as a servant leader to teams helping them to achieve more with less and deliver software with measurable quality, security, using awesome tools and technology, all that while delighting customers. Growing business and helping organizations scale, optimize execution and lead technology teams to succeed is what I do the best.
