Formed and supervise Le Real Green, a premier conservation real estate consultancy accompanying individuals and organizations in land purchase and development with ecological, social, and environmental sound practices in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Lead the social assessment study and assist with the local coordination of the project "Environmental & Social screening and scoping study for the Belize Solar Public-Private Partnership" managed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in collaboration with the Government of Belize, involving various meetings with Belizean ministries and agencies, town councils, civil society organizations, on-site observations and surveying neighboring populations.

Conducted primary and secondary research to assess the open data readiness of the country and its Government, through literature review and consultations with key governmental and civil society stakeholders. Analyzed all policies and legal frameworks (acts, bills, conventions) for each sector assessed.Sectors assessed include: Land Tenure, Land Use, Budget and spending, Company register, Beneficial ownership of companies, Political finance, Interest and asset declarations, Lobbying, Right to Information (RTI) performance, Political integrity interoperability, Data protection, Data management, Data sharing, Data literacy, Data reuse, Accessibility, and Language.

Participated as Deputy Team Leader in the implementation of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Contract, "Belize Quality of Education Assessment and Project Design Support (2023-2024)" with Ginger SOFRECO to assist the Belize Compact Development Team (BCDT) Government of Belize in designing a cohesive Education Project, intended to address the core problem identified in the Education Concept Note.

Assessed all gender-related policies to identify gaps and priorities for social and gender mainstreaming in blue economy key sectors to determine specific capacity-building needs and mechanisms for integrating gender and social considerations into blue economy initiatives for the project "Capacity Building to Advance the Blue Economy Development in Belize" funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in collaboration with the Ministry of Blue Economy Ministry and Disaster Risk Management.

Assisted in the coordination of the project Piloting the Code Caribbean program in Belize developed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and Code.org as part of the Skills for the Future Program, aiming to build capacities in governmental schools in technological skills teaching (computer science/coding), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology of Belize. Developed an internal database for all major project stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and monitoring of the project; developed a monthly and quarterly report templates aiming to identify implementation challenges and opportunities, record metrics, and to gather data for Monitoring and Evaluation purpose; assisted in the coordination, logistics, planning and execution of onsite events and trainings; supported the team to organize onsite trainings, workshops, and activities, facilitate vendors and procurement of services; prepared and coordinated briefing meetings with project stakeholders; systematized information from monthly visits to schools in different districts and follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the project.

Implemented nationwide the 42-month CARSI funded project “Innovation Lab for Youth: Improving Digital Skills and the Creation of Livelihood Solutions in Belize” developed by The Trust for the Americas in collaboration with the Organization of American States (OAS)Coordinated the creation of a national DIA lab in the country of Belize with UWI Open Campus; independently formed a strong and strategic network of partners that enabled the project to surpass objectives while saving costs; served as the primary contact and ensure appropriate liaison with local stakeholders, including government, non-government and private sector in Belize; coordinated and facilitated the expansion of the project’s activities nationwide, including in remote areas; coordinated the implementation of trainings, workshops, and roundtables for the government, including a series of workshops on good governance and anti-corruption for local government officers and CSOs, and a digital and data training workshop and roundtable for 20 governmental entities; liaised with staff in H.Q. (Washington D.C.) and other country programs in Latin America, as well as with donor (US Government) to ensure effective program implementation and management; fostered relationships with governmental actors, CSOs, and donor agencies; prepared internal monthly reports and quarterly reports to organization’s staff and donor; provided support on developing training curricula and delivery of courses for various CSOs and government leaders in coordination with experts, technical assistance providers, and ministries; oversaw the entire organization of the opening and closing events for the project; developed, produced, and implemented communication strategies and multi-media content in collaboration with the communication department team in Washington D.C.; in charge of all PR for the project including on national TV, radio, and press.

Data Collection Project Manager for the project “Capacity Building for Public Transportation Reform for Belize” for the Mexican company Transconsult, the Inter-Development Bank (IDB), and the Government of Belize, aiming to effectively plan and implement policy initiatives to improve the service quality and efficiency of public transport.In charge of the subcontracting and management of a team of 25+ surveyors to conduct surveys and public transportation counts nationwide and throughout the country to identify the deficiencies and potential of the country’s transport system. Liaised and facilitated collaboration between the team and office in Belize and Mexico.

Data Collection Project Manager for the project “Data Collection from Infrastructure Users in Remote Areas Using Real-time and Global Positioning Insight” for the company GeoPoll, the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID), the United Kingdom Caribbean Infrastructure Partnership Fund (UKCIF Aid), the Caribbean Development Bank (CBD) and the Government of Belize.Managed the conduction of the local studies for Belize in the form of computer assisted personal interview surveys to inform on highway upgrading project effectiveness and impact for communities. Recruited team of surveyors and managers and provided training to collect real-time data and GIS data.

National project coordinator for the project “Transformation to an Open Public Administration in Belize” developed by The Trust for the Americas in collaboration with the Organization of American States (OAS).Implemented nationwide a CARSI funded project on open government, anti-corruption, open data and transparency through the development of a national open government action plan; advised the executive team in Washington DC and consultants in Latin America and the Caribbean for effectiveness of the project; Liaised with executive team, donor (US Embassy in Belize), government and civil society, through meetings, consultations, and presentations; Developed and implemented media and communication strategies in collaboration with the Communication Department team in Washington DC; Monitored the effectiveness of the strategies and advised for project’s improvement; Completed Monitoring & Evaluation reports and adjust project’s activities accordingly; Produced detailed assessments of the national political and public administration scenario, as well as of civil society groups and experts working on open government and transparency; Built a nation-wide database of the open government ecosystem, with demographic and audience analysis; Built relationships and potential partnerships with governmental actors, civil society organizations and donor agencies to transform innovative ideas into sustainable programs; Prepared internal monthly reports and quarterly reports to donor and Board of Directors; Provided support on developing training curricula and delivery of training for CSOs and government leaders; In charge of the Public Relations of the project nationwide (TV, radio, press); Produced multimedia content (video, interviews, press releases), managed the project’s communication and media accounts (national, regional, and international), and assisted in the management of the project’s website.

Conducted a comprehensive analysis of open data frameworks for Belize as the Lead National Researcher, as part of a collaborative project measuring the state of data in relation to urgent societal issues. The research involved evaluating the availability, governance, and capacity of data across various sectors, including climate action, health, political integrity, and public finance. Engaged with key governmental and civil society stakeholders to gather insights and assess the impact of current policies. Analyzed data practices to identify barriers and opportunities for improvement, ultimately aiming to enhance transparency and foster data-driven decision-making.

Assistant national project coordinator for reporting at the Organization of the American States (OAS), overseeing a Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI) project “Promoting an Open Government Ecosystem in Belize” funded by the US Embassy in Belize (2019 – 2020).Re-established continuous communications with donors, local partners (government and civil society) and the project team in Washington, D.C., resulting in the successful completion and renewal of the project; 
Prepared internal reports and contributed to the development of final reports for the donor (US Embassy) and OAS’s Board of Directors, leading to the successful approval of funding for a second project’s phase; Built relationships with networks, civil society activists, and organizations involved in the project to facilitate the implementation of the second phase of the project.

Developed a fundraising strategy for a youth reintegration project in vulnerable neighborhoods through the music industry through partnerships with NGOs, businesses, educational institutions, and cultural networks. Prepared internal reports and funding proposals, and participated in stakeholder meetings, including with Bouygues Telecom, to raise awareness and secure support.

Assisted the Web Specialist and Regional Communication Advisor in Communication Content Management for the update of the UNDP cases worldwide, and the development of a resources database for the HQ communications departments for the transition phase from MDGs to SDGs.

Assisted the Education and ECD Officer in missions throughout the country involving national ministries and governmental entities as well as CSOs and regional UN entities.

Assisted in the event planning and execution of the annual summit of the International Commission of the Status of Women, gathering more than 400 NGO’s officials at the UN HQ.

Conducted research in political sciences, political geography, local politics, and constitutional law in Syria (Damascus) and Lebanon (Beirut), while attending Arabic classes at Damascus University and Law School with the Sorbonne University (remote).
