Reporting to : Managing DirectorMajor Responsibilities : Supervision of all day to day accounting activities. Forecasts and monitors weekly Cash flow. Monitoring of Accounts receivables and payables. Maintain and review of quarterly Budgets and variance analysis. Preparation of quarterly P&L and Balance sheet and other MIS reports to the management. Preparation of final reports for Audit. Calculation and disbursement of Staff salary and agents’ commissions. Liaise with Banks, Escrow Agents, Real Estate Developers, clients and legal advisors. Co-ordinating with sales agents. Day to day office administration and HR work.

Reporting to : Finance ManagerMajor Responsibilities : Responsible for Staff payroll. Calculation and distribution of staff salary through Bank transfer-Hexagon. Reconciliation of various bank accounts and accounting necessary journal entries in respected accounts. Reconciliation of Inter-branch accounts and advising branch accountants to pass necessary entries. Preparation of variance analysisAccounting of payables.

Reporting to : Managing DirectorMajor Responsibilities : Responsible for managing all aspects of company bookkeepingAccounts receivables, payables, financial analysis, reporting etc. Maintain and update the financial records of the company. Follow up on accounts receivables and business communication with debtors and creditors. Reconciliation of Bank, Debtors, and creditors accounts monthly. Conducting routine stock verification. Supervision of cash management, handling disputes and complaints. Responsible for L/C and Bank related works. Finalization of accounts - Preparation of Trial Balance, Trading Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet. Submit the books of accounts for Audit. Implemented computerized accounting system. Other Administrative duties as and when assigned.

Reporting to : Financial ControllerMajor Responsibilities : Accounting of receipts of around 600+ Pharmaceutical and supermarket customers. Responsible for preparing receipt vouchers and statement of accounts for customers. Follow up on accounts receivables and correspondence with customers. Scrutiny of Accounts receivables by analyzing aging report and recovery of old debts by obtaining legal advice from experts.Setting credit limits for the customers depending their performance and financial stability. Monthly Bank and Debtors reconciliation. Bank related works. Monthly physical stock verification. Handling of petty cash vouchers. Assisting in yearly general ledger closing and audit related works

To produce monthly, consolidated accurate financial reports on time. Prepare and review consolidated monthly management reports. Ensure that the accounting policies and procedures are implemented and in compliance with the overall policies. Checking and auditing all types of payments to suppliers and employees. Preparation of monthly Bank reconciliation statement.Checking and auditing petty cash claims. Preparation of Quarterly Trial Balance, Income & Expenditure and Balance sheet. Liaise with Banks and Auditors.

Reporting to : AuditorMajor Responsibilities : Assist in all types of audit works. Assist in preparing books of accounts, Bank reconciliation, Debtors and Creditors reconciliation. Ledger scrutiny of various companies and preparing Trial Balance.
