Ensure the Accurate Engineering and Execution of All Mechanical Works Executed as Per the Design Specification Drawings and Engineering Standards and at Minimum Cost & Time to Company and in Accordance With QA/QC and Company Procedures. Doing the following:•Reviewing Material Submittal, preparing calculations like Heat load calculation, chilled water pump head, plumbing pump, ESP calculation etc., Preparing method statements, Reviewing Shop drawing and as built drawing before submitting to consultant.•Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. •Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.•Attending technical meetings with the consultants, contractors, clients & giving them all the technical information about the project. •Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.•Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.•Supervising the installation of all types of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting, Natural gas works Coordinating with Electrical and ELV Services as per Standard and Specifications.•Preparing Material and Work Inspection after the installation of the MEP Services.•Coordination with Third Party (Supplier) to do the Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.•Preparing and inspecting with consultant all the Pre-Commissioning reports and Commissioning Reports after the Testing and Commissioning of all MEP Services.•Prepare and coordinate all the handing over documents like Warranty Certificates, as built drawing, OM manual, Method Statements, Testing and Commissioning reports, Etc.
