I am a Non-Executive, Treasurer, Committee Member and Corporate Counsel with over two decades of board-level experience working with Legal Services, Technology, Not-for-Profits and particular expertise working with “APRA-regulated” entities.I was recently a Technology and Data Partner at Minter Ellison leading a team of lawyers to support clients’ technology, data and procurement, digital transformation, and M&A activities. Previously, as a Partner in IT & Telecommunications at Mallesons, I co-managed the Telstra relationship, including working with them to establish its internet business in Australia and supporting its business & government sales team. Earlier, as the Deputy General Counsel at SITA, Switzerland, I managed the employee share scheme for employees in 82 countries and their international portfolio of trademarks.At board level what I do is drive digital transformation for business growth. I do that by protecting data assets, preparing for and mitigating cyber security events, navigating legal and regulatory hurdles and positioning their IT, cloud and data agreements for success.Board highlights include: Board member of the NSW Telco Authority; Australian Representative at the International Bar Association Task Force on Cyber Security; Board Member & Treasurer at Southern Cancer Care and Prostate Cancer Institute; Member of the Partnership Selection Committee at MinterEllison, and working with the Boards of icare and SITA. Finally, I hold a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, and I am a Graduate of AICD’s Company Directors Course.
