I have experience in start-up of new products, development and starting of new business, creating new companies and organizations, business development, M&A deals. Last few years I'm mostly engaged in strategic management, venture investments and M&A deals.During 2011/2013 I gained considerable experience in realization of M&A deals in Ukraine and Russia, structuring of investment, forming portfolio of projects. I gave a lecture on "Strategic management in online business" and "M&A deals" in Russian Management Academy.Since 2015 founder, owner and manager of SkyEagle Aviation Academy - flight school in Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA.
