Headed Global Managed Services Business Unit(Independent P&L) & Program Office(Global Mobileum Revenue/Delivery) for worlds leading Roaming VAS & Telecom Big Data analytics company. Instrumental in executing business & marketing strategies to move Mobileum towards Big Data Anlaytics.As the business head for MS, increased customer base by upto 30% and managed critical projects with Telecom operators like Vodafone Global, T-Mobile, AT&T, Telefonica Global etc…Whilst managing the global Mobileum Program Office ensured strong revenue pipeline QoQ and grew the overall revenues to move across the $100mil mark. Personally oversaw some of the critical regulation projects like EU roaming regulations I & II and delivered these projects in less than 4 months.

Headed Smartphone & Data devices category for India. Was instrumental in creating and developing this category. Launched & marketed the first Indian high end CDMA smartphone on EVDO – MTS Pulse(HTC) and Mi-Fi router. Subsequently launched 4 more CDMA netphone & smartphone portfolio. Directly managed marketing budgets and P&L for the category. Collaborated with companies like Samsung, LG, Motorola, Huawei, Micromax ZTE and others to augment the OMH space which worked as the delivery tools for our high ARPU Voice & Data business.

Managed the Mid-High end device product & marketing. Part of the startup team that launched the first portfolio of 12 devices. Worked on the first portfolio of devices by guiding the OEM’s/ODM’s. Executed the complete 360 marketing plan which included ATL, BTL, Digital channels and worked closely with agency to created differentiated premium packaging for our devices. Managed the creation and launch of the Videocon Mobiles official website. Was insrumental in driving relationship with Hungama, Times Music to preload content on our devices. Finally, ensured a strong launch product placement and pipeline of over 200k devices in traditional and organised retail channels in India.

Was part of the Strategy & Change team within GTS. My role was to drive the on-ground channel partner campaigns for multiple SPL’s(Regions). Was heavily involved with planning, executing and monitoring the effectiveness of these campaigns. Developed a model for prioritizing investments towards the most eligible SPL’s basis multiple factors. Implemented some of the key marketing programs like CIO programs, analysts meets, Tech sumits channel partner roundtables etc… Worked with in-house & external agencies to create online and BTL assets for these campaigns.

Planned, managed & marketed over 40 devices across multiple categories. Program managed over 7 mass-market devices for EMEA and 3 devices globally launching in more than 15 markets across multiple countries. Successfully launched high profile handsets like RAZR V3/V8, ROKR E6, ZINE ZN5 and SLVR L9 in India & South West Asia. Evangelized and executed unique offers whilst bundling accessory, content & co-partnerships with large MNC’s. Was instrumental in driving global partnership with Sony Pictures, Sony Music, Oakleys, Soundbuzz etc. Also played a pivotal role in executing Mobile Healthcare solution whilst working with Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for the rural areas.
